                                                                    Fees and Payment Information

    I run a 'cash practice' which means I am out of network with insurance panels and do not accept insurance

    for compensation.  I accept credit or health savings account cards, Zelle, checks, or cash.  

    My fees are:

                                                             30 minute session  $70

                                                             50 minute session  $145

                                                             90 minute session  $215

 

   Although I do not bill insurance, some companies offer their policyholders reimbursement for medical expenses

   or are willing to apply payments made to deductibles.  If you're interested I suggest you call your insurance

   company to see if your specific policy offers that option.  If they do I am happy to provide the required document,

   called a 'Superbill'.

 

   I request 24 hours advance notice for cancellations but take circumstances into consideration.  Because I typically

   have a waiting list for appointment openings I do charge full fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
