Fees and Payment Information

 

 

 

   My fee is $130 for a 50 minute session.  I accept credit or health saving account cards, check, or cash.  If you wish you may enter your credit or HSA card information into my secure online practice software and it will be confidentially stored for your convenience. 

 

  Payment is requested at the end of each session and if desired a superbill or invoice will be provided via email.  Some insurance companies accept superbills and will offer reimbursement or apply payments to deductibles. I encourage you to call and see what your insurance company’s policy is if you are interested in using your benefits. 

 

  I request 24 hours advance notice for cancellations but will take circumstances into consideration.  Because I typically have a waiting list for appointment openings I do charge full fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
